A Joy-Filled Afternoon, Celebrating Baby Jupp!

There are few occasions more special than celebrating the imminent arrival of a little one and Host Events had the absolute joy of planning a baby shower that was as heartfelt as it was beautiful.

Set at our clients house, an intimate gathering, the space was transformed into a serene haven of soft pastels, delicate florals, and thoughtful details at every turn. Guests were greeted with the gentle scent of fresh roses and peonies, the table dressed with crisp linens, blush-toned napkins, and dainty glassware.

The afternoon unfolded with laughter, games, and warm chatter over a delicious grazing table, brimming with artisan cheeses, seasonal fruits, and mini sweet treats. A sparkling elderflower punch (served in champagne flutes, of course) kept glasses topped up, while our signature soy candles by Beau added a soft, cosy glow.

One of the highlights was the “Wishes for Baby” station , where guests wrote down their hopes, dreams, and words of love for the little one. These notes were gathered in a keepsake box for the family to treasure for years to come.

It was the kind of day that reminds us exactly why Host Events exists: to bring people together in spaces that feel as warm, joyful, and effortless as possible. Watching friends and family come together to celebrate new beginnings was nothing short of magic.
